Danish competition authority approves acquisition of Inventio.IT

Dustin has received approval without reservations from the Danish competition authority regarding the proposed acquisition of Inventio.IT.

The agreed terms of the transaction, which were originally published on March 6, 2019, are thus fulfilled and Dustin is expected to consolidate the company by mid-April.

The acquisition is estimated to have marginal impact on Dustin's earnings per share during the current fiscal year.
