Dustin make new acquisition in the Netherlands

Dustin has acquired Dutch company Norisk that has a broad portfolio of managed IT services, from infrastructure to client management.

Norisk will be part of Vincere Groep, that was acquired by Dustin in July 2018. The acquisition strengthens the presence in the northern part of the Netherlands.

- With this acquisition, we take further market shares in the Netherlands. Norisk is a good complement to the other companies within Vincere. We look forward to continuing to integrate Vincere into Dustin and grow in the Netherlands, says Thomas Ekman, CEO of Dustin.

Norisk was founded in 2005 and had revenues of approximately 9.5 MEUR in 2018. The company has 38 employees with offices in Groningen. The company is acquired from the management.

Norisk has a strong position within the healthcare sector, where we have been looking for potential acquisitions to strengthen our offering. Norisk will continue to operate under its own name until further notice and the CEO will stay with the company. The acquisition will have marginal impact on Dustin’s earnings per share in the current financial year.
