Finnish competition authority approves acquisition of Chilit

Dustin has received approval without reservations from the Finnish competition authority regarding the proposed acquisition of Chilit Oy, which were originally published on March 29, 2019.

Dustin expects to consolidate the company in mid-May. The acquisition is estimated to have marginal impact on Dustin's earnings per share during the current fiscal year.
