Changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of EAB Group Plc

Kari Juurakko, member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Renumeration committee, has submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of EAB Group Plc (company). The Board wishes to thank Juurakko on behalf of the company for his work and valuable input for the company during several years.

”Following my 18 years of entrepreneurship Elite Alfred Berg is now listed on the main list of the Helsinki Stock Exchange, and it is time for me to focus on other things instead of board work”, Kari Juurakko says.

Following the resignation of Juurakko the Board has 6 members. The Board has decided to change the composition of both the Renumeration and the Audit committee. The Renumeration committee will consist of Therese Cedercreutz (chairman), Janne Nieminen and Juha Tynkkynen. The Audit committee will consist of Therese Cedercreutz (chairman), Pasi Kohmo and Topi Piela.
