EAB Group Plc: Schedule for financial reporting in 2021

In 2021 EAB Group Plc will publish the following financial releases:

  • Financial statements bulletin 2020 will be published on Friday 12 February 2021.
  • Annual Report 2020 will be published on Thursday 4 March 2021.
  • Half-year financial report January–June 2021 will be published on Friday 6 August 2021.

The financial releases will be published in Finnish and English. The financial bulletins and reports can also be read in Finnish at EAB Group’s website at www.eabgroup.fi/sijoittajat/talousraportit-ja-esitykset.

Annual General Meeting will be held in Helsinki on Thursday 25 March 2021. The Board of Directors will publish the notice to the Annual General Meeting later.

Prior to the publication of financial review, EAB Group Plc observes a 30-day silent period. During this period, the representatives of company will not comment on company's financial status or the market perspectives or meet the representatives of the capital market or media.
