EAB Group Plc: Schedule for financial reporting in 2022

In 2022 EAB Group Plc will publish the following financial releases:

  • Financial statements bulletin 2021 will be published on Friday 11 February 2022.
  • Annual Report 2021 will be published on Thursday 17 March 2022.
  • Half-year financial report January–June 2022 will be published on Friday 5 August 2022.

The financial releases will be published in Finnish and English. The financial bulletins and reports can also be read in Finnish at EAB Group’s website at www.eabgroup.fi/sijoita-meihin/raportit-ja-esitykset.

Annual General Meeting will be held in Helsinki on Thursday 7 April 2022. The Board of Directors will publish the notice to the Annual General Meeting later.

Prior to the publication of financial review, EAB Group Plc observes a 30-day silent period. During this period, the representatives of company will not comment on company's financial status or the market perspectives or meet the representatives of the capital market or media.
