CARL BILDT STEPS DOWN FROM EAST CAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

Having been appointed Sweden’s new Foreign Minister, Carl Bildt is stepping down from his position as member of the East Capital Asset Management Investment Committee.

”It has been very rewarding working with Carl Bildt and we are happy to see such an expert on Eastern Europe become foreign minister.” Said Peter Elam Håkansson, Chairman of East Capital.

The Investment Committee makes forecasts as to the political and economic developments in Eastern Europe for the coming 12 – 18 months. East Capital’s Investment Committee currently consists of Bengt Dennis and Örjan Berner, as well as fund managers Peter Elam Håkansson, Aivaras Abromavicius and Jacob Grapengiesser and partners Karine Hirn and Kestutis Sasnauskas. East Capital is looking for a replacement for Carl Bildt.
