East Capital Holding completes acquisition of Monyx
On 3 June 2019, East Capital Holding completed the previously announced acquisition of the fund management company Monyx. Monyx becomes a fully owned subsidiary of the East Capital Group and will continue to operate as a separate entity focusing on Nordic and global strategies.With the acquisition, the East Capital Group adds a new line of business with expertise in Nordic and global asset management of both equity and fixed income, which complements East Capital’s leading expertise in emerging and frontier markets.
