Per Elcar appointed CEO of East Capital Holding
The Board of Directors of East Capital Holding has appointed Per Elcar as Chief Executive Officer. With his expertise and long background in global capital markets, Per Elcar will support the company's strategic growth journey. He will assume the post on 1 July 2021.
Per Elcar has more than 30 years of experience in global and Nordic capital markets and has been advisor to East Capital Group since January 2021. Previous positions include Head of Equities at Enskilda Securities, Head of Nordic Sales at Cheuvreux Credit Agricole and Head of Handelsbanken Capital Markets & Asset Management.

In recent years, East Capital Group has made several acquisitions and initiated strategic partnerships to achieve synergies in asset management, organization and ESG efforts. Most recently, the Nordic hedge fund manager Adrigo joined East Capital Group, which today consists of four wholly owned businesses; East Capital, East Capital Real Estate, Espiria and Adrigo. In addition to the above, East Capital Group is also a shareholder in the impact investor Alquity.
