Change of number of shares and votes in Eastnine

Eastnine announces in accordance with the Financial Instruments Trading Act that 2 445 772 shares repurchased by the Company were cancelled on 7 May. Following the cancellation, the total number of outstanding shares and votes in Eastnine AB as of 31 May 2018 amounts to 22,370,261.
