Changed Nomination Committee in Eastnine

After recently having increased the shareholding in Eastnine, Arbona AB is by voting rights the second largest shareholder in Eastnine, and has thus chosen to appoint its representative Martin Zetterström to the Nomination Committee before Eastnine’s Annual General Meeting 2021. The Nomination Committee also comprises Magnus Lekander, chairman of the Nomination Committee and representing East Capital, Mathias Svensson representing Keel Capital and Liselotte Hjorth in her role as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eastnine.

According to the rules for Eastnine’s Nomination Committee, adopted at the 2017 Annual General Meeting, changes among the three largest shareholders, occurring latest three months prior to the Annual General Meeting, shall be considered in the composition of the Nomination Committee.

The Nomination Committee shall prepare and present proposals regarding the election of Board of Directors, Chairman of the AGM, Chairman of the Board and Statutory Auditor. The Nomination Committee shall also propose remuneration to the members of the Board of Directors, Board Committees and Statutory Auditor to the AGM 2021.

Eastnine’s AGM will be held in Stockholm on 5 May 2021. Shareholders who wish to submit a proposal for consideration at the AGM should send such proposal to the Chairman of the Board in good time prior to publication of the notice of the meeting which is scheduled to March/April 2021.
