Eastnine leases to municipal company in Vilnius
Eastnine has signed a new lease agreement with the municipal company Vilniaus planas for almost 800 sq.m. in the property 3Bures-1,2 in Vilnius. The agreement runs for seven years, starting around the turn of the year 2020/2021.
Vilniaus planas is a municipal company in Vilnius, with responsibility for urban planning, city map digitization and related data collection as well as its application in the areas. The tenant will move in during the second half of December 2020 or the beginning of January 2021. The 3Bures-1,2 property comprises a total of approximately 28,400 sq.m. and is located in Vilnius' central business district. Vilniaus planas rents 795 sq.m.
