Eastnine property receives LEED Platinum

Eastnine's property Vertas-1 in Vilnius has received LEED Platinum certification. As a result, as much as 87 percent of Eastnine's property portfolio is environmentally certified with LEED Platinum or BREEAM Excellent.

Vertas-1 received 92 points, out of 110 possible in the evaluation. Eastnine's ambition is to environmentally certify 100 percent of the property portfolio (measured as area, excluding properties that are expected to undergo extensive project development) in accordance with at least LEED Gold or BREEAM Excellent. At present, only two properties are not environmentally certified, Valdemara Centrs in Riga and Vertas-2 in Vilnius. Certification process has been initiated for Valdemara Centrs and is expected to start within six months for Vertas-2, which was acquired at the end of September 2020.
