Eastnine rents out and extends agreements

Eastnine AB (publ) has signed a new rental agreement with Uber of approximately 600 sq.m. and extended lease agreements for a total of almost 5,000 sq.m. with Danske Bank and Uber in the property 3Bures-1,2 in Vilnius.

An existing lease agreement with Danske Bank of approximately 4,350 sq.m. has been extended to the end of July 2021 and Uber has extended an existing agreement of approximately 600 sq.m. to the end of October 2025. From 1 January 2020, Uber will increase its leases by an additional approximately 600 sq.m. with the same term.
