Eastnine rents out in Vilnius CBD

Eastnine AB (publ) has signed agreements to lease totally approximately 2,700 square metres of office space in the 3Bures-1,2 property in Vilnius CBD. The total contract value amounts to EUR 2.8 million during the rental period.

Among the tenants are Swedbank which has signed a long-term lease agreement of 2,050 square metres and Unilever, manufacturer and seller of consumer goods, which has signed a five-year lease agreement of 300 square metres. All tenants are expected to move in during the second half of 2019 or around year-end.

"It feels very satisfying that demand for first-class offices in Vilnius remains strong", says Kestutis Sasnauskas, Eastnine's CEO. "It is particularly satisfying to see that Nordic banks choose to increase their leases in our properties."

The 3Bures-1,2 property comprises a total of 28,400 square metres.
