Louise Richnau proposed as new Chairman of the Board of Eastnine AB
The Nomination Committee of Eastnine AB proposes that the current Board member Louise Richnau is elected Chairman of the Board at Eastnine's Annual General Meeting on April 29, 2025. Liselotte Hjorth, current Chairman of the Board of Eastnine, has informed the Nomination Committee that she declines re-election.
Liselotte Hjorth has been Chairman of the Board of Eastnine since 2018 and Board member since 2014.
Louise Richnau, born in 1966, holds a Master of Science in Engineering and has extensive experience from the real estate sector, including, among other, Castellum, Nordanö and Brunswick Real Eastate. Louise's responsibilities have included investments, transactions, financing, establishment of new business areas and sustainability issues. Louise has been a board member of Eastnine since 2024.
The Nomination Committee's other proposals will be published in connection with the notice of the Annual General Meeting 2025.
