Management changes in Eastnine

Eastnine AB (publ) today announces that the company’s CFO Lena Krauss, who has been employed since 2014, has decided to leave her position in Eastnine to resume a corresponding position in another company.

“Lena’s commitment, energy, positive spirit and integrity have been critical in many of the transformation stages that Eastnine has undergone in recent years. We thank Lena for her significant contribution in creating shareholder value during five eventful years, and we wish her luck with her new challenges” says Kestutis Sasnauskas, CEO.

The process of recruiting a successor will begin and Lena Krauss will continue as CFO in Eastnine until December.
