New members of Eastnine’s Board of Directors

The Nomination Committee of Eastnine AB (publ) proposes new election of Christian Hermelin and Ylva Sarby Westman to Eastnine's Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2020. Liselotte Hjorth (Chairman), Peter Elam Håkansson and Peter Wågström are proposed for re-election. Johan Ljungberg and Nadya Wells have declined re-election.

Christian Hermelin, born in 1964, was employed as CEO at Fabege AB 2007‒2019 and in other positions since 1998. Christian has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and solid knowledge of urban development, planning of office buildings and sustainability work.

Ylva Sarby Westman, born in 1973, is since 2015 deputy CEO and Chief Investment Officer at Kungsleden AB with responsibility for investments and transactions, CSR, HR and IT/digital transformation. Ylva has 25 years of experience from the real estate business covering transactions, property development, management and investments among others. Ylva Sarby Westman is also a board member of Ikano Bostad.

The Nomination Committee for the 2020 Annual General Meeting consists of:

• Magnus Lekander, representative of East Capital and Chairman of the Nomination Committee

• Mathias Svensson, representative of Keel Capital

• David Bliss, representative of Lazard Asset Management

• Liselotte Hjorth, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eastnine

The Nomination Committee's complete proposal for a decision at the 2020 Annual General Meeting, further information on the proposed Board members and a report on the work of the Nomination Committee will be submitted in conjunction with the release of the Notice to the Annual General Meeting.
