EasyPark Group and Q-Park are extending their strategic partnership. EasyPark users can now use the EasyPark app in more than 100 Q-Park parking facilities in Germany. The Q-Park parking facilities are equipped with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and will make it frictionless for EasyPark customers to park and pay automatically.

– Simplifying parking to save time and make life easier for drivers is part of the future and making cities more livable. Using Q-Park’s technology in combination with automatic billing via the EasyPark app, not only offers motorists a high level of comfort, the solution also saves time and money. I am very pleased that we extend our partnership with Q-Park offering our users an easier parking experience, says Morten Hoter Sørensen, Chief Distribution Officer at EasyPark Group.

The Automatic Number Plate Recognition by cameras at the entrance and exit identifies EasyPark users that have pre-activated their license plate(s) for Automatic CameraPark, and the barriers open automatically. As a result, the parking process begins automatically, requiring no action from the driver or within the EasyPark app. As soon as the car leaves the parking facility, the time stops and the fees are calculated and displayed in the app. All details about current and past parking processes can be viewed by EasyPark users at any time in the app.

– We are pleased to partner with EasyPark Group. Q-Park's state-of-the-art technology and the diverse functionality of the EasyPark allows customers a more seamless parking experience and more convenience when parking, says Roman Rohrberg, Head of Sales & Marketing at Q-Park Operations Germany GmbH & Co. KG.

EasyPark Group and Q-Park have enjoyed a successful partnership for over 20 years. With a strong presence in Q-Park facilities across Denmark, Belgium, and the UK, their expansion into Germany marks an exciting new chapter. This collaboration now brings EasyPark services to over 500 Q-Park locations in Europe.
