San Francisco, CA – August 15, 2013 – ECG Management Consultants, Inc., one of the nation’s premier healthcare management consulting firms, welcomes Ms. Lisa H. Ozaeta as a Senior Manager. Ms. Ozaeta’s background in strategic and organizational development enhances ECG’s capabilities for advising senior executives and boards on a diverse mix of strategic and business development initiatives in healthcare.
Ms. Ozaeta is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 15 years of diversified senior management experience. She has extensive expertise in strategic planning and execution, merger and acquisition support, physician network development and alignment, and organizational development.

Ms. Ozaeta most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer of Packard Children’s Health Alliance, the obstetric and pediatric foundation for the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford and the Stanford School of Medicine. She has also served as President and Co-Managing Director of Healthcare Partners Investments, LLC, an Oklahoma-based integrated health system.
