This permit allows Ecohelix to take the next step in the scale-up journey and to expand the production to deliver commercial scale volumes to selected customers, bringing the first Ecohelix WOODMER® products to the market.

The plant will be used to further evaluate the environmental concepts of the full-scale plant, ensuring we construct a plant with very low or no emissions to the local environment. The new demo plant will have an even lower impact on the overall emissions to the environment than the current due to the implementation of the state-of-the-art cleaning technology.

Reaching one of the technical milestones on the journeys towards taking WOODMER® to the marketplace. This intermediate scale-up aims to support the full-scale production unit by strengthening the customer commitment and further validate the feasibility of the technology.
