Edinburgh Fund Managers Group plc announces that:- (i) On 27 May 2002, Edinburgh Fund Managers (Trustees) Limited on behalf of and as trustee for the Edinburgh Fund Managers Group Employees' Benefit Trust ("EBT") sold 38,160 Edinburgh Fund Managers Group ordinary shares at a price of 365p; (ii) On 27 May 2002, Edinburgh Fund Managers (Trustees) Limited on behalf of and as nominee for the participants in The Edinburgh Fund Managers Group Annual Incentive Scheme and as trustee for EBT bought 38,160 Edinburgh Fund Managers Group ordinary shares at a price of 365p; and (iii)Following the departure of several members of staff, 21,741 ordinary shares were transferred to their own name between 6 June 2001 and 15 May 2002.
