Edinburgh Fund Managers Group plc announces that:- On 28 May 2002, Edinburgh Fund Managers (Trustees) Limited on behalf of and as nominee for the participants in The Edinburgh Fund Managers Group Annual Incentive Scheme and as trustee for Edinburgh Fund Managers EBT transferred 38,008 Edinburgh Fund Managers Group ordinary shares to members of staff following the maturity of the 1999 award.
