Edinburgh Fund Managers Group plc announces that:- During the period 29 May to 10 June 2002, Edinburgh Fund Managers (Trustees) Limited on behalf of and as nominee for the participants in The Edinburgh Fund Managers Group 1995 Savings-Related Share Option Scheme and as trustee for Edinburgh Fund Managers Employees' Benefit Trust ("EBT") transferred 16,636 Edinburgh Fund Managers Group ordinary shares to those entitled following the exercise of savings-related share options.
