Buyback of debenture stock

EDINBURGH SMALL COMPANIES TRUST PLC 7.75% DEBENTURE STOCK 2023 On 18 September 2002 Edinburgh Small Companies Trust bought back £20.8m nominal of the 7.75% Debenture Stock 2023 at 108p for cancellation.
