Blocklisting application

BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each to be admitted to the Official List. These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted pursuant to the Share Issue Scheme 2003. These shares will not be allotted immediately but as and when the conditions set by the board, allow. The hearing is to be held on 11 February 2003.
