EdmoLift continues to deliver customized products to Mitsubishi Logisnext Sweden
This Monday, three additional customized lift tables of the model TRD 100 was shipped from EdmoLift's factory in Härnösand, Sweden, to eventually be installed into Mitsubishi Logisnext Sweden's (earlier UniCarriers) trucks. What is so special regarding these lift tables on the trucks is that they are developed to handle the Volvo Groups' own packaging system "blue boxes", a modular system that can be found i many of Volvo's intralogistical processes. The lift tables have an extendible platform that can be locked in their center position, and where the top of the platform is equipped with ball castors. This allows for very effective and safe loading and unloading- as well as transportation of the blue plastic boxes, often containing smaller assembly components, to workstation layouts at the assembly lines.
The automotive industry – one of EdmoLift’s largest customer segments
"The three customized TRD 100 lift tables are just a few of a long line of orders with tables of the same kind that we have produced for our customers and indirectly to the Volvo Groups," explains Mikael Fernlund, Sales Manager for the Nordics at EdmoLift and continues, "they are an excellent example of how our smart lifting solutions easily can be integrated into other products to add the dimension of first-class vertical positioning. Many of our larger projects during the last years have directly or indirectly been towards AB Volvo and Volvo Cars, and it is really great that we are able to deliver solutions that lives up to their high standards and makes them contact us when they have new projects coming up."
