edyoutec extends cooperation with cricket star AB de Villiers and has initiated talks with game publishers for Cricket Manager Pro

edyoutec AB has entered into a two-year agreement with South African cricket star Abraham Benjamin de Villiers. AB de Villiers will act as an ambassador for Cricket Manager Pro and the children's math app Mattebageriet.
The agreement is a partnership where AB de Villiers continues as an ambassador for Cricket Manager Pro and now also Mattebageriet. He will play a central role in connection with future marketing campaigns for Mattebageriet. AB de Villiers has over 45 million followers across his social media channels on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. The aim of the partnership is to increase awareness of Cricket Manager and Mattebageriet.
AB de Villiers is widely recognised as one of the outstanding cricketers of all time. He excelled in all three formats of the game, captaining South Africa in Test matches, one day internationals and T20s, and emerged as one of the brightest stars of the Indian Premier League, and other T20 tournaments around the world. Through a 16-year career, he redefined the art of batting.
edyoutec and AB de Villiers have agreed on a cash compensation and compensation in the form of shares in edyoutec. Most of the compensation consists of shares. The shares will be issued through set-off issues with the first issue planned for June 2024.
In parallell, edyoutec is in talks with game developers/publishing companies in order to find a comprehensive partnership for development and marketing. Target companies are those with knowledge of the Indian gaming market who will be able to take the game further and to make it reach the potential that exists in manager games. This is in line with the strategy presented in 2023 where the ambition to find a home for edyoutec’s game titles King Royale, Cricket Manager Pro and Tank Operations was clearly outlined.
