Superstar AB de Villiers will become ambassador and front figure for Cricket Manager Pro

Wicket Gaming AB ("Wicket Gaming" or "the Company") has entered into a two-year partnership with the South African cricketing superstar Abraham Benjamin de Villiers ("AB de Villiers”). AB de Villiers will act as both ambassador and figurehead for Cricket Manager Pro.
AB de Villiers is regarded as one of the best cricketeers in modern times. Known for his innovative and revolutionary batting style “AB '' has achieved several world records during his 15 year international career for South Africa and has been involved in winning several Indian Premier League (IPL) titles. AB de Villiers spent some years as captain of the South African national team and retired recently from international cricket and will invest his time in coaching and other ventures.
The partnership between Wicket Gaming AB and AB de Villiers will primarily be focused on Wicket Gaming’s Cricket Manager Pro title, where he will be visualized in-game and he will also be seen in our marketing campaigns. AB de Villiers has 45 million followers on his social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. The purpose of the partnership is to increase awareness of Cricket Manager Pro and attract downloads of the game.
Wicket Gaming and AB de Villiers have agreed on cash compensation and compensation with shares in Wicket Gaming. The majority of the compensation consists of shares. The shares will be issued through directed new shares issue with a planned first shares issue in June 2022.
