We are facing an exciting and eventful period ahead

Eric de Basso, CEO of Wicket Gaming, gives an update on the status of the acquisition of the Wegesrand Group and the launch of Cricket Manager Pro 2022.

Upcoming acquisition of the Wegesrand Group

Everything goes according to a set Due Diligence plan. Wicket Gaming has recently been on site in Germany and visited Wegesrand`s head office in Mönchengladbach. We look forward with great joy and confidence to being able to finish our first acquisition soon.

It is important to note that we are acquiring an entire group containing four subsidiaries and this acquisition is expected to contribute to a sharp increase in sales and that it secures important resources for our future products. Due to this, we are very careful in all processes, including organizational changes, which has led to slightly longer lead times than normal.

Product - Cricket Manager Pro 2022

In accordance with previous communications, we have initiated the marketing of Cricket Manager Pro 2022. The marketing campaigns are in a phase where we actively, on a daily basis, optimize the campaigns. Optimization is an extremely important part of the marketing work as we assimilate relevant data in order to get even more effective reach on the campaigns. Through a more effective scope of marketing, we can create a broader user base and then initiate the monetization phase of the user base. The monetization phase is something that we will work with on an ongoing basis in order to streamline the revenue channels.
