edyoutec’s German subsidiary, Wegesrand, and Mercedes-Benz Global Training continue their long-term relation in the field of playful learning.Wegesrand, who is a preferred supplier of digital training tools to Mercedes Benz AG, is currently developing a cloud-based solution for training development which enables the client to independently create playful in-depth tests using the latest technology. The subscription price for exercise of warrants of series TO2 in Wicket Gaming has been set at SEK 3.0 per share

Wicket Gaming AB ("Wicket Gaming" or the "Company") completed a rights issue of units on Spotlight Stock Market in March 2023. One (1) unit consisted of three (3) shares and two (2) warrants of series TO2 (the “Warrants”). Each Warrant gives the right to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company. The subscription price for the Warrants has been set to 70 percent of the volume-weighted average price of the Company's share on Spotlight Stock Market during the measurement period, which runs from and including October 17, 2023, to and including October 30, 2023, however not more than SEK 6.0
