Effnet/WKIT software recovers files destroyed by recent virus attack Once again, the software product WOCS from Effnet subsidiary WKIT is being recognized as the recovering tool for companies and private persons attacked by the new virus on the Internet. The WOCS product was first recognized in April 1999 as the first software ever being able to defeat the CIH virus. The WOCS product is able to recover files destroyed by most of the known viruses as well as files destroyed by bad user behaviour. The interest for the product has increased lately due to the serious virus attacks on the Internet. A launch of the product on a broader basis is now planned.
