Joacim Lindbäck acting CEO for Wkit Effnet has decided to terminate Lars-Olof Guttke's contract as CEO for Wkit Security AB due to, among other causes, financial irregularities. Negotiations between the company and the sellers of Wkit regarding the purchase contract have been halted. Joacim Lindbäck has been appointed acting CEO for Wkit. Joacim Lindbäck is currently employed at Effnet AB as Support Manager.
