MANAGEMENT CHANGE Effnet today announced that its CFO, Lars Lundeborg, will soon leave the company. Lundeborg will join Syncron Supply International, a leading provider of supply flow management solutions, which has plans to go public sometime in the year 2001. "Lars was a good contributor and helped Effnet through a period of transition and growth," said Tony Svensson, CEO of Effnet Group AB. "I wish him the best of luck in his new role." A worldwide search for a new CFO is underway.
