MARIKA PHILIPSON CFO AND VICE PRESIDENT Marika Philipson has been appointed CFO and Vice President of Effnet Group AB. Marika Philipson has been acting CFO of Effnet since October. Marika Philipson comes most recently from Skyways where she held the post of Vice President of Finance and Administration. Previously she was the CFO of Solitair Kapital AB and controller of Inter Forward GmbH in Germany. "We are very pleased with the appointment of Marika as Vice-President and CFO. Marika's experience from established, international companies provides Effnet's management with a substantial reinforcement," says Effnet's chairman Norman Rasmussen. Marika will be stationed at Effnet's offices in Stockholm.
