Egencia Announces New Director of Meetings & Incentives for North America
Industry expert Terry Sloan joins Egencia as the Director of Meetings & Incentives, North America
TORONTO – (February 28, 2012) – Egencia®, an Expedia, Inc. company, today announced the appointment of Terry Sloan as the new Director of Meetings & Incentives for North America. Sloan will focus on growing Egencia’s overall Meetings & Incentives (M&I) business throughout North America, including group air and strategic meetings management.

Sloan is an experienced industry professional with over 20 years of experience in the M&I space, and in the North America region, and has held roles ranging from vice president of sales and operations to varying business development and management roles. Most recently, he was the Director of Business Development for North America at Carlson Wagonlit Travel.

Sloan resides in Toronto, and will be working out of Egencia’s Mississauga office. He will be reporting directly to Dirk Baerts, Managing Director, Egencia Canada.
