Bondholder Proposal

Following the previous communication on 25 February 2009, Egidaco Investments PLC (“Tinkoff”), the parent company of ‘Tinkoff. Credit Systems’ Bank (TCS Bank) informs Bondholders that the Proposal has now been sent.
