Egidaco Investments PLC, the Parent Company of TCS Bank, sends out the new Bondholder Proposal

Egidaco Investments PLC (“Tinkoff”), the parent company of ‘Tinkoff Credit Systems’ Bank (TCS Bank), announced today that the new Bondholder Proposal and the relevant documents has been sent today.

Given the results in the previous voting procedure and the discussions Tinkoff has had with these Bondholders regarding the improvements in the new Proposal, the new Proposal is expected to obtain the required majority.
