Egidaco Investments PLC is pleased to announce that it chose Cyprus as Home Member State.

It is done for the purposes of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2004/109/EC on transparency requirements of listed transferable securities and the Cypriot Transparency Requirements Law, Law 190(I)/2007.
