- ARC becomes Eidra – 1,200 experts, 140 partners, Altor Equity Partners
STOCKHOLM 2024-05-20. ARC Arise Consulting, one of the largest consulting groups in the Nordics housing 1,200 experts specialising in strategy, innovation, design and communication, is now Eidra. Eidra’s unique transformation offer within sustainability, digitalization and innovation is the foundation for recent success and growth.
”We are proud of our journey thus far and now see an opportunity to step up a gear, particularly in the US. This seems like a logical next step for us. Demand is high for our Nordic management model, and we are convinced that Eidra has the right combination of experience and expertise to be a genuine competitor in the future,” said Måns Jacobsson Hosk, co-CEO of Eidra.
The US today accounts for 14 percent of the collective’s total revenues, and the aim is that the US market accounts for 25 percent by 2026. Among some of Eidra’s more notable clients in the US, you find Microsoft, McDonalds, Nike and Estee Lauder.
For 2023, Eidra reported more than SEK 1.4bn in revenues and a 42 percent annual growth rate since 2019. In February, Eidra announced the acquisition of the Norwegian agency and consultancy group Oceans and presented a joint growth and expansion plan for the Nordics within strategy, innovation, design, and communications consultancy.
“We support companies and management to become even better. For sustainable business transformations, strategy alone is not sufficient. Execution is key. Our sustainability, digitalization and innovation solutions enable our clients’ transformations,” added Måns Jacobsson Hosk.
The consultancy collective Eidra was founded in 2019 when the management consultancy agency Curamando merged with the agencies Kurppa Hosk, Animal, Conversionista and Keybroker. The idea was that each business would maintain its unique skill-set and benefit from the shared pool of expertise. Today, Eidra consists of 140 partners and 19 specialist agencies with 1,200 employees across the Nordics, the Netherlands, and the US. The group is led by its two co-CEOs, Mattias Olofsson, founder of Curamando and Måns Jacobsson Hosk, founder of Kurppa Hosk.
