Eitrium acquires Eliasson Plast AB, a manufacturer of Plastic Goods

Eitrium has acquired all shares in Eliasson Plast AB, a Swedish manufacturer of plastic products within packaging and plant growing industries. The sellers, the Eliasson-family, will continue to operate Eliasson Plast AB to ensure the continuation of its way of doing business.The Borås-based business has remained in operation since 1976. The focus has historically been on packaging products such as lids, plugs and ends for cardboard sleeves. Today, these products are still an important product group, but have since been complemented with their own proprietary products in the plant growing
