New York – June 1, 2011 - El Maniel International Inc (OTC:EMLL) announced today that the Company is entering into Definitive Agreement to acquire more gold properties in the Eastern Region of Ghana. “Our initial discussions was very fruitful and we will be sealing a Definitive Agreement to acquire 50 acres of gold mining claim which is situated along the Birim river in the Eastern Region of Ghana, West Africa that has a history of gold production dating back to the turn of the century” according to Jamie Khoo, CEO of El Maniel International Inc
