NEW YORK - August 18, 2011 - El Maniel International Inc (OTC:EMLL) announces today that the company has entered into a series of discussion with US based company currently operating between Baltimore, Maryland and Washington DC to produce biofuels at its oil terminal facility located in Luzerne County, Eastern Pennsylvania. “Initial discussions on the renewable energy initiative entail using the Eastern Pennsylvania oil terminal facility with five above ground tanks with storage capacity of over 2.5 million gallons as the platform to produce plant and fat based bio-energy product”
