Lorna Davis proposed new Board member of Electrolux

In preparation for the Electrolux Annual General Meeting on March 30, the Electrolux Nomination Committee is proposing the election of Lorna Davis as new Board member. Lorna Davis has been President of Kraft Foods China since 2007. Kraft is the world's second largest food company, with a particularly strong position in confectionery and biscuits. Ms. Davis has previously held several senior positions in the food industry, mainly with Danone in China and the UK. Ms. Davis, born in 1959, is an Australian citizen and holds a Bachelor of Social Science and Psychology from the University of Cape Town. As communicated in the Notice convening the Annual General Meeting sent out on February 22, the Electrolux Nomination Committee is also proposing re-election to the Board of Marcus Wallenberg, Peggy Bruzelius, Torben Ballegaard Sørensen, Hasse Johansson, John S. Lupo, Barbara Milian Thoralfsson, Johan Molin, Hans Stråberg and Caroline Sundewall. The Electrolux Nomination Committee comprises Petra Hedengran (Chairman), Investor AB; Ramsay J. Brufer, Alecta Pension Insurance; Marianne Nilsson, Swedbank Robur Funds and Carina Lundberg Markow, Folksam Group. The committee also includes Marcus Wallenberg and Peggy Bruzelius, Chairman and Deputy Chairman, respectively, of Electrolux.
