Electrolux Professional Group has completed the acquisition of Tosei

Electrolux Professional has today completed the acquisition of Tosei Corporation. The acquisition was made public on December 22, 2023.

The purchase price amounts to SEK 1,650m (JPY 23.25bn) on a cash and debt free basis. In connection to with the completion of the transaction, Electrolux Professional has become owner of all shares in Tosei Corporation and related assets.
