Management change in Electrolux Professional

Pia Hovland has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in Electrolux Professional. She succeeds Marie-Thérèse Chaabane who will retire.

Pia has a very strong track record of driving a business-integrated Human Resources agenda, as well as building and developing HR functions. Her experience within the Electrolux Group, which Electrolux Professional was part of until March 2020, means that she also has a strong knowledge of our company”, said Alberto Zanata, President and CEO Electrolux Professional.

Pia Hovland has more than 15 years of experience from various senior HR positions in AB Electrolux, including Vice President Talent Management and Senior Vice President HR and Organizational Development EMEA. She has also been Regional Sales Director for Electrolux East. Currently, she is Senior Vice President HR, Communications & Continuous Improvement for Business Area Europe. She will take up her position in Electrolux Professional during the fall.

Marie-Thérèse Chaabane, who joined Electrolux Professional in 2000 as Vice President HR, will retire in January 2021.
