Electrosonic to Exhibit at Facilities Show and Offer Attendees a Free Audio-Visual Service Health Check
Electrosonic’s Service Solutions and Managed Services teams will be exhibiting for the first time at Facilities Show at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham on 14-16 May, at stand 2C120. Electrosonic offer a wide range of audio-visual and video conferencing services to the corporate, education, control rooms, leisure and retail markets.
Electrosonic’s Service Solutions include preventative maintenance visits, loan equipment, emergency response, workshop repairs, on-site staff for operational support, 24 hour technical support telephone help line, managed services and a cost-effective projector lamp replacement programme. Electrosonic’s modular service contract allows clients to choose only the services they need.
During the show, Electrosonic will be offering visitors the opportunity to book either a free two hour ‘Audio-Visual Service Health Check’ or an ‘Emergency Response Call Out’ for their U.K office or facility.
The free ‘Service Health Check’ will provide an assessment of an audio-visual system’s performance. Checks include a functionality check, filter clean, cabling, electrical safety, colour balance and collection of lamp hour usage. If visitors choose the free ‘Emergency Response Call Out,’ one of Electrosonic’s highly experienced service engineers will be scheduled to attend the site to look at any faulty room or audio-visual system, and if possible, rectify it within the given time frame. Following each assessment, the client will receive a full report and recommendations for further action if necessary. Anyone who takes up this offer will automatically be entered into a competition to win a new Apple iPad mini. Full details about this offer will be provided at the Electrosonic booth.
