A correction to Elisa’s 16 May 2012 release

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16 MAY 2012 AT 11.20am

In Elisa’s Stock Exchange Release on 16 May 2012 “The Subscription period for Elisa 2007B Option Rights Expires on 31 May 2012” the amount of stock options held by Elisa’s subsidiary Fonetic was incorrectly 273,000. The correct amount is 268,000 therefore the maximum increase of Elisa's shares can be 582,000 shares.
