ARBITRATION BETWEEN RADIOLINJA ORIGO AND TELIA MOBILE PROCEEDS

Radiolinja Origo Ltd, Member of Elisa Group, has on year 2002 began arbitration 
where it claims Telia Mobile Ab damages up to 63 million euros for violating 
a service operator agreement between the parties. Telia Mobile Ab opposes the 
claim in its answer to the court of arbitration and further counterclaims 
damages up to 44 million euros based on Radiolinja’s action during spring 
and summer 2002.
