CASH CONSIDERATION FROM THE FRACTIONS OF YOMI PLC'S MERGER CONSIDERATION
FORWARDED FOR PAYMENT

The aggregate number of shares generated from the fractions of the Elisa shares
issued to the shareholders of Yomi Plc upon the merger of Elisa and Yomi amounted
to 6,827 Elisa shares. These Elisa shares were sold on the Helsinki Stock
Exchange on 3 January 2005 at the volume weighed average price 11.89 on behalf of
those entitled to the fractions. The cash consideration for the fractions of the
shares was paid to the associated bank accounts of the entitled shareholders on
10 January 2005.
